Moulding
Seger produces its horn assembly lines, automated systems that used pressing and plastic injection workshops, molds, apparatus and fixtures within its Technical Office by specialized design team. By using CNC and manual machines tools are being produced in Molding Department by experienced and skilled team who has been working many years together.

Design stage; Technical Office uses for designing "UNIGRAPHICS NX7" "CATIA V5" and “CAD-CAM” programs and produces required molds, fixtures, apparatus, etc. and forming technical drawings for Molding Department. |
Production;
After receiving technical drawings from Technical Office, required tools are produced in Molding Department by using CNC and manual machines. And then produced tools are measured and checked by Quality Laboratory. After receiving approval of the Quality Laboratory, tools are delivered to Production Department.
