Production Capabilities

SEGER has history of more than 25 years in manufacturing horns. One of the key points of our success is, we give special interest to our production methods and quality, which results in maximizing our customer satisfaction. Our aim is not to deliver a single defected horn to our customers and for this, Seger employees are working tirelessly to eliminate all potentially harmful methods of producing.

Today we produce around 5 million horns annually. However with additional shifts we have a capacity of producing 15 million horns annually from 2 production plants. Seger has been manufacturing horns from its headquarters in Bursa, Turkey for 25 years. To meet the ever growing demand in Far-east Asian markets, Seger has also been producing horns from its production plant in Guangzhou, China since 2003. Both plants are working together to manufacture more efficiently and supply good quality horns to our customers on time.

Seger has its own design of automation lines, which is being modified constantly for improvements. Also our Research & Development department is not only focuses on the product itself but also regularly checks the automation lines for any upgrades they can apply. In the end, after we finally produce the horns, we send every single horn to the final control point. Only after it is being approved by the final control room, it is been sent to our valuable customers with the type of packaging they wish to have.
