These high-tech horns are designed in a way which are compatible with all type of vehicles. They can be produced variety of high and low tones and 12V / 24V options. All SEGER horns are tested with the latest testing specifications and they can pass the tests without difficulty. It maintains the OEM and EEC requirements with ease. According to customer specifications we are able to produce the horns with 1 or 2 terminals, different options of connectors and the bracket options. In addition to that, we offer the choice of different colors on the snail.

According to the type, SEGER air horns can be offered to the customers with different pipe options. Body and pipes of our horns are manufactured from aluminum and they can be chrome-plated (82) or the red painted (80). SEGER air horns are compatible with 12V and 24V. According to the type of the item, they can be offered with compressor or can be without compressor for the vehicles which have air tank itself. Best performance can be achieved with 6-8 bar air pressure.

A standard electromagnetic horn under European regulations (ECE R-28) is expected to perform at least 50.000 cycles in laboratory tests. (1 cycle = 1 second performing + 4 seconds idle) SEGER's current electromagnetic horns can easily reach 100.000 cycles without facing any problems. On the other hand SEGER's new electronic horn reached a record of 2.000.000 cycles under laboratory testing. It shows us that our electronic horn is 40 times more durable compared with a typical electromagnetic horn.

High-performance, 12V and 24V relays are offered to our customers with different color options. Relays can be sold as sets along with horns, or can be supplied separately.
