At Seger Quality Laboratory we can apply most of tests which are requested by customers. Also Seger Dimensional, Performance and Material Laboratory has authorised by Renault and Fiat.

During this facilities we always use calibrated equipments.

Heat Testing Equipment

Temperature Range: -40 degree C to 180 degree C.

During test, horn can be operated with different cycles according to customer requirements.

Corrosion Test Equipment

SEGER Salt Fog Test Equipment comply with DIN 50021, ASTM B117 Standarts. The Corrosion resistance of Seger horns is approx. 600 hours.

Vibration Test Equipment

Acceleration Range = 0.5G - 15G

Frequency Range = 2 Hz. - 2 kHz.

Vibration test equipment is programmable with above ranges according to customer test conditions.

Rain Simulation Test Equipment

SEGER tests horns to see water-tightness performance by using Raining Test Equipment comply with JIS D 0203, DIN 40053 Standarts. Raining Test Equipment is programmable as temperature and raining cycles according to customer specs. During test, horn can be operated with different cycles according to customer requirements.

SEGER has an anechoic room which was designed according to ECE-Regulation 28. Horns are fitted a rigid connection apparatus which is 32Kg. The sound, basic frequency and current levels of horn are measured from 2meters
